The multi purpose cast aluminum pot named HAMON (meaning ripples in Japanese) The pot enables to maximize the taste and nutritious value of the food by sealing steam inside the pot. The lid fits precisely to the pot and the ripples on the back of the lid returns the steam with flavor back to the food. 

 

High quality cast aluminum conducts and distributes heat very fast and evenly to create optimum condition for cooking. Because it heats up fast you end up saving energy also. The wall of the pot is thick enough to keep the whole pot at even temperature under medium heat. Although it has thick wall the pot is light compared to cast iron. The weight is about a half of ordinary cast iron pot in the same size.
