We have many manufacturing processes including 20pc CNC cutting machine, 6pc CNC milling center,2 PC bending machine, 1pc automatic welding machine,10pc braided machineand various series of supporting
machine tools. Our production process includes: mould development,forging roughcast,CNC cutting or CNCmilling,bending, heat treatment, highly polished surface finish, anodized orhard anodizing ,etc.
We have updated the technology and developed the cold bending process for hose end and puck lock. The manual welding process has been eliminated by us. The one-piece (no welding) structure can not only increase the strength of Tube and Nipple, but also make the product appearance more beautiful and atmospheric.
