SCMD-WD (special powder for diamond wire)

 

 

Product performance: raw material is MBD series diamond of high strength with special processing; crystal is regular, grit size distribution and available particle are concentrated; micro particle is of high strength; impurity content is low; dispersity and wear resistance is good.

Used for cutting, polishing and grinding of organic/inorganic brittle material, e.g. wire saw, jewelry saw, semiconductor saw etc., also used for raw/fine grinding and polishing tools of polysilicon, monocrystalline silicon, industrial/jewelry diamond, sapphire, quartz plate, LED sapphire substrate, liquid crystal glass, magnetic materials with high precision and semiconductor etc.

 

 

 

SCMD-PCD/PDC (composite disc used powder)

 

 

 

 

Product performance: raw material is MBD series diamond of high purity and high strength. Crystal is regular; grit size is concentrated with low impurity. Wear resistance and thermal stability is high; micropowder surface is treated with special technology, and cleanliness of particle surface is high.

Used for compax, PCD, PCD drawing die, metal/ceramic bonded abrasives etc.

 

 

SCMD-AA (AA grade micropowder)

 

Products performance: raw material is MBD series diamond by shaping technology; crystal is regular and particle is spherical; grit size is concentrated with low impurity. Cleanliness of particle surface is high; easy to scatter to carriers and combine well with bonds.
Used for optical glass wheel and edge wheel; polishing wafer; precision wheel for silicon-related sapphire and precision tools for jewelry. 

 

 

 

SCMD-A (A grade micropowder)

Products performance: raw material is SCD series diamond by advanced technique and special shaping technology. Crystal is regular; impurity concentration is low; grit size conforms to national criteria.
Used for metal/ceramic bonded abrasives, electroplated tools, lapping past and liquid.

 

SCMD-B (ordinary B grade micropowder)

 

Product performance: raw material is SCD series diamond by advanced technique and global standard. Crystal is regular; impurity concentration is low; grit size conforms to national criteria.
Used for resin/ceramic bonded abrasives, electroplated tools, lapping past and liquid.
