notebook/book products, it also need to know how many pages inside.
Q3 : Can i get a sample before mass production?
A : Sure! We will free make the pre-production sample for your inspection when you had placed the mass production order; if you are on the beginning stage want bespoke your physical sample to assess& select the production supplier, we also can customize the sample for you just with a relevant basic sample cost paid.
Or if you don’t need customize your sample but just want to see our previous made products to check the quality ,we also can send the stock free sample for you check and you only need to stand the sample express freight.

Q5: If the sample i got is bad, can i get another one for free?
A: Dear, all our samples are be examined by our QC and well packed before sending, if it be broken by the shipping,we will free re-make other piece send to you and you just need to cover the courier cost.

A: The payment can be done by T/T, credit card, PayPal, Western Union and L/C.
