2. Equipment description
The whole furnace is fixed on the roller support frame and is driven by a hydraulic system, there are two eccentric support wings installed on the cylindrical furnace body, the copper outlet is special designed at the center of the support wing and will not oscillate during the rotation of furnace, so that the molten copper will flow out smoothly and steadily. The charging door on the furnace body is also used for slag removing. The brief drawing of the furnace is shown as figure 3.

The casting wheel mainly composed of rotating system with pulley, main beam and strut beam, moulds, spraying system, hydraulic ejection system, electronic weighing and casting ladle and lifting out device.
