Forming machine 

Advantage: the mould car use sufficient raw material ,each car weight can reach 3.5-5ton. So the mould car is not easy to deform , more durable , the finished panel is more flat .

If the mould car is not heavy enough , it will easy to deform during operation ,as a result the panel also will be deformed . Also short the service lif of the mould car

Forming system is  frequency control

Forming machine  operation is electric drive, no conversion device is required, self-contained electric control cabinet, motor is frequency conversion, the mould car move  speed is adjustable .

After pouring slurry , the mould car will come into the curing room , stay there 4 hours ,then demould . 

Fea 

There are central air conditioning in the curing room , In order to  save money on electricity, we adopt underground water temperature .
