3.Hi-temp crumb weight plate
-Crumb Rubber has the ideal durometer rating to absorb bounce and shock, preventing damage to your olympic lifting bar. Crumb Rubber technology dissipates the impact giving you 10,000 - 30,000 drops and reducing stress on the lifting bars. -Less bounce equals less shock and less noise Virgin Rubber doesn't have to undergo the same chemical treatment that gives basic rubber its unpleasant smell.
4.cast iron weight plate
Each weight is made of solid cast iron and features over-sized holes. This allows the user to safely lift and load the weight onto the bar and other equipment. Additionally, it has a semi-gloss finish and convenient grips for added control.
Each weight features grip holes to provide a secure grip during use. The baked enamel coating ensures a durable, reliable weight that will last through grueling workouts & the raised numbers help to easily identify weight sizes.
