Big Industrial Double Shaft Shredder Machine

 

The double shaft shredding machine adopts advanced technology introduced from Europe, and has passed the CE certification of Quality System.

The shaft is of low speed, high torque, low noise and over-load protector. The machine is suitable to processed carton, very big size of plastic material, such as big diameter plastic pipe, plastic board, paper, hard and floppy disk, wood, tire, baled plastic film, small diameter copper wire and other things that the single shaft shredder can`t process.

In addition, the double shaft shredder can also have a good effect on shredding the film in rolls, hollow barrels and so on. The shredder owns the characteristics of strong crushing ability and contra-rotation with the structure of close-lined rotary knives in double direction. The shredder is controlled by PLC system, the blade can be rotated in opposite direction, and also will close automatically if something unexpected happen, with very high safety service. The crusher has rotating blades and fixed blade, with powerful force to crush the object into very small size. There is mesh screen to control the scraps size.
