1. What is your MOQ(min. order quantity) for area rug ?
MOQ is 500m2/design. For example, it is 250pcs if the size is in 100x200cm.
2. What's the standard size for a Rug?
The width exactly divided by 400cm is fine, there are no material waste, such as 40cm, 44.5cm, 50cm, 57cm,66.5cm, 80cm, 100cm, 133cm,200cm, 400cm.
3.What format of the design needed?
JPG, PDF, AI, PCX, are fine.
4. How many colors can be produced in one design?
1) For chromojet printed, Normaily within 12 colors inclusive of white color;
2) For digital printed, there is no limited.
5. How to choose design colors?
Pantone colors ( Pantone C, Pantone U, Pantone TPX) are acceptable, If exact colors cannot be appointed, our professional design team will recommend the best match color for verification and approval.
6. Would you send me a product sample before I place an order?
YES, FREE SAMPLE in stock can be prepared for your evaluation, freight collect.
7. How much for custom design sample?
Usually, USD25/size/design for small size mat (about 1sqm), USD50/size/design formedium size mat (about 2 sqm), and for big size mat (above 3 sqm), it’s USD60/size/design.
8. How to find the freight forwarder?
JACKSON has experience in directly exporting to most major cities. We can provide our own freight forwarder and choose the best one who has good service and competitive price for your port. Or we can also use the freight forwarding you appointed.
