A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. 
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Usually 3-5 days for samples, depending on stock availability. 10-20 working days for bulk

A: For this model, the MOQ is 24pcs for the regular, if there are OEM requirements,the MOQ will 
be at least 300pcs.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and 
sea shipping are available for bulk order.
Q5. Can you do private label on the product?
A: Yes, just provide your logo information to us, we will make prototype for your conformation 
and then start the mass production. 
Q6: What's the warranty?
A: 3 months, if you receive defective items, we will resend new one for you in your next order.
Q7: What's your payment terms?
A: We encourage customers to use Trade Assurance for their orders. T/T, PayPal, Western Union 
are also available, usually 30% prepaid+70% clear before shipment.
