Q1. Can I have a sample first?

A:  We are sorry that we do not provide samples. All of plastic profiles are private custom products. If you have design, please send PDF/CAD/STPE files to us, we will make a reasonable offer as soon as we can.

Q2. How can i confirm the quality?

A: Before open the tooling: we can send regular samples to you check accroading to your requirement. 

    After finishing the tooling: Engineers will arrange trial production, then sending you to confirm whether the sample is qualified. 

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: Our MOQ as quotation, if you less than the MOQ will cost machine setup extra.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Small order will ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping as large order.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?

A:  1). Send your design(PDF/CAD/STPE is available) to us and let us know your requirements or application.
      2). We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
      3). Confirm the offer and pay the full of tooling fees before mold opening, will send the sample within 15~25 working days to customer confirms the samples.

      4). After sample approval, please places deposit for formal order, we arrange the production.

      5). Please pay the balance before shipment.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: 1). Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
     2). During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, 

            we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
