Q2. How is the delivery time?
A: The sample takes 3-5 days. In special cases, we can complete the sample production on the same day and take photos to confirm. Batch production time takes 1-2 weeks or we negotiate a delivery time.
Q3. Do you have a MOQ limit? Do you have experience in serving brand owners?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample inspection. We have been producing 3D styling dolls for Disney in the United States. Disney has been stationed staff to inspect our factory all year round. With their help, we have adopted advanced management experience and production methods, which has made us better in many aspects. Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airlines and shipping are also optional.
Q5. How to process an order?
A: First, please let us know your time requirements for sample production and bulk production. (This requires AI files or STP format files; if you don't have them, please provide samples or other documents directly, tell us the results you need, let us do the work)
Secondly, we carry out industrial design and product effect design according to your requirements, submit it to you for review. After the approval, we will provide you with an accurate price and order arrangement.
Third, after the customer confirms that we have discussed the unified implementation plan, we follow the sample and deposit it into the formal order.
Fourth, we arrange production and follow-up work.
Q6. Is it possible to print my logo?
A: Yes. Please inform us before production and confirm the design based on our samples. The logo can be produced in two ways, one is the direct drop molding process on the mold, and the other is digital printing or other printing processes. We will implement the production methods we need according to your needs.
Q7: Do you guarantee the product? Is it in line with environmental requirements?
A: Yes, our materials are tested by the California Act 65 and the EU environmental testing standards. If you need to test the product itself, you can entrust SGS or a third-party authoritative testing agency to test the quality of our products. The materials we use can pass the FDA's testing standards.
Q8: How to deal with faults?
A: First of all, our products are produced in a strict quality control system with a defect rate of less than 0.2%. (We control our product production process in full accordance with the US “SPC” model, so that all production processes are digitally monitored. Its application has greatly reduced the non-performing rate, which is a very effective quality supervision method)
Secondly, for defective batch products, we will directly destroy them; if the problems can be solved within a valid time, we will supplement the production and let you be completely satisfied with the products.
