Description

PL single bag filter is a mechanical dither duster. It is a new product successfully developed according to the dust removal equipment imported from abroad. It is a small dust collector with small volume and high dust removal efficiency.

PLbag filter dust collector working principle:
The dust-containing gas enters the tank and is filtered by the flat bag filter. The dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag, and is directly sucked into the room by the fan (also can be taken out to the outside) . With the increase of filtration time, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is also increasing, and the resistance of the filter bag is correspondingly increased, thereby affecting the dust removal effect. The self-controlled cleaning mechanism is used for the timed vibrating cleaning or the manual cleaning mechanism is stopped. Automatically vibrating for dozens of seconds, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off, and the dust falling into the dust collecting container (drawer) is manually pulled out.
