Operation Instruction:
(1) Remove the battery from the original equipment.
(2) Make sure the power cord, battery cable, battery terminals are in good condition.
(3)Make sure the charge output voltage is the same as the connecting battery.
(4)Connect the connector of battery charger to the connector of battery firstly, then connect the AC power.
(5)Make sure the AC voltage is correct and plug in the power cord normally.
The LED (Power) light will turn on when electric current passes.
(6) During charging, LED (Charge) will indicate orange light. When it turns to green light, that means fully charged.
LED Indication:
LED (POWER) - RED LIGHT ON: Power on
LED (CHARGE) - ORANGE LIGHT ON: Charging
GREEN LIGHT ON: Full-Charged
Troubles Shooting
(1)LED(POWER) light is off
Check if the fuse of AC power is normal, if burned, please replace the spare fuse.
Confirm whether there is any normal outset voltage is passed, if the voltage is normal, please send the charger repair.
(2) LED(CHARGE)light is off
Check if the connectors are correctly connected.
Check if the battery has been fully charged.
If light is still off, the battery may be defective.
(3)ORANGE light turn to GREEN immediately.
Check if the battery is fully charged. If not, may be batteries or charger defective.
(4) LED (CHARGE) light turn to GREEN immediately
Please disconnect the battery but keep the power socket plugged into the electricity outlet for 5minutes or expose the chargers to the sunshine for 5 minutes, then connect to the battery and the LED will turn to ORANGE.
Caution:
(1) The charger is only for indoor use, keep away from liquids and use in a well-ventilated area during charging.
(2) Use the charger only with 24V lead acid or gel batteries.
(3) Please make sure the XRL male and female connect is right before charging. This means 1 is positive and 2 is negetive.
