Product Description
Membrane filter press is one kind filter press that using the membrane filter plates. In the process of operation, in the end of feeding the material, high hydraulic liquid or gas(0.8-2.0mpa) medium can enter into membrane plate, then the whole membrane will expand to compress filter cake, and filter cake will be further dewatered, which is usually called membrane squeeze.
Advantages
Decrease moisture content of filter cake
Increasing filter cake dryness and decrease moisture content of filter cake, filter with membrane has a second time filtering on filter cake that was finished by static filtering. Restructuring filter cake and increasing density is for that substitutes a part of moisture content and increases filter cake dryness. According to former experience it can decrease 10%-40% moisture content. For different industries, the lowest moisture content can reach 12.5%.
