Above heating test result is based on ambient temperature 10 degree Celsius. The Carbon fiber heating elements usually heat +25 degree Celsius up above your ambient temperature at HI level. E.g.: if your room temperature is 20 degree Celsius, then heat will be around 45 degree Celsius after 5 to 8 minutes heating. You can test the heating temperature out with a thermometer as sometimes it is hard for our body to feel the warmth when it is near our body temperature. By the way, putting the heated insoles into boots will better preserve the heat.
