Description: 

 

When the ultrasonic wave works on the thermoplastic contact surface, thousands of times of high frequency vibration that reach a certain amplitude arise per second and transmit ultrasonic energy to the welding area via the upper weldment. Due to big acoustic resistances around the interface between the welding areas, local high temperature is generated. Furthermore, because of the bad thermal conductivity of plastics, the heat energy can’t be emitted immediately, centered in the welding area. Then the plastic contact surfaces fused quickly, after a certain pressure, they are fused together. 

 

When the ultrasonic waves stops, keep the pressure for a few seconds to solidify it to form a solid molecular chain for welding purposes. The welding strength is equivalent to that of raw materials.

 

The quality of ultrasonic plastic welding depends on the amplitude of the transducer welding head, the applied pressure and the welding time. The welding time and the pressure of welding head are adjustable. The amplitude is determined by the transducer and the booster. The interaction of these three quantities has a suitable value. When the energy exceeds the appropriate value, the fused amount of the plastic is over large, the welding material deform easily; If the energy is small, it is not easy to weld firmly, and the applied pressure cannot be too large. This optimum pressure is multiplied by the side length and the margin of welding portion per 1 mm.

5. Counter Show the times of the machine has been working, and presses the text area count to clear it.

7. Amplitude The device output amplitude adjustment touch screen, settable from 10% to 100%

8. Inner parameter display: Display the operation status of the circuit, no action required from users.
