Product Description


The equipment is applicable for the multiple technology operation of normal pressure, micro pressure, water frying, warm soaking, thermal reflux, compulsory circulation, filtration, redolent oil extraction and organically solvent recycling in traditional Chinese medicine, food and chemical industry. 


(1)The tank body is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotary spraying ball head, temperature measuring hole, explosion-proof view lamp, view mirror, rapid open feeding inlet etc., which can guarantee the product accord with GMP standard. 


(2)The tank body inside the equipment is made of imported SUS304, and the jacket is made of completely sealed aluminum silicate blanket for temperature holding. The external tank body is stuck with SUS304 semi-luster thin steel sheet for surface decoration. 


(3)The complete equipment supplied shall include: Defoamer, condenser, cooler, oil and water separator, filter and control desk for cylinder etc.

Main features


The slag door structure of Multi-functional Stainless Steel Herbal Dynamic Extracting Tank Extractor Tank is using our own patented technology, the main air cylinder closed slag door, two air cylinders in the sides push to make ring rotating, the unique similar screw structure of ring make the multi-stage wedge-shaped blocks drive slag door lock, slag door and tank flange pressed close and sealed well, has high safety factor.

The liquid pipe of Herbal Multi function Extraction Machine adopts stainless steel tube, the liquid joint is sealed and reliable, avoid to frequent damage leakage problems that the metal hoses are vulnerable to fatigue effectively.

Matching tank top pneumatic pressing device (patent), to meet the needs low density materials are easily floating and effect extraction.

The occasion needs rapid filter, can be considered to adopt patent structure of bottom wall filter out the liquid.

Pot/Tank could be built with different shapes such as Straight Canister with Changing Diameter, Straight Canister Series, Regular Cone Series and Inverted Cone Series as per customer's requirement.
