Filters | Muti-layer filtering Structure. Air intake entrance have primary filter. Ceiling have high efficient filter blocks. Floor under grids have fiber glass filters. Exhaust cabinet have two layers fiber glass filters and one layer active carbon for paint smell. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10 μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 4μm. The whole purification system has capacity of large volume of dust. It’s filtering rate reaches 98%. TSP≤1.4mg/m³. Ceiling filter meshes adopt C style structure, change filter more easily. |
Electric control | Adopt turning buttons style control box, Main components are Siemens or Schneider brand. With Light Switch, normal spray switch, constant temperature spray switch. Baking Switch, Emergency Stop, Breakdown Alarm, time adding, time and temperature set switch and so on. |
