Working principle of mini rice polishing machine

Rice enter the polishing machine from the inlet, under the action of propeller, rice forward along the axis. Rice cause pressure because of the resistance of the outlet door, with the action of iron roller, rice fall into the friction and collision each other. White rice come out from the outlet till  it reach the required precision.

At the same time, the high-pressure wind produced by the air blower is sprayed into the rice-milling room by the roller seam in the main shaft. The bran enter into the chaff bucket with the wind, and the heat produced in the milling process is taken away, which strengthens the milling effect of rice.
