1. What about your samples policy?  
 - If that's our first cooperation, we will collect samples fee, if has order, will refund the fee to you.
 - Samples' arranging time is usually 1-10 days for normal items.
 
2. How about the Leading time?
It depends on the order quantity. From 5-45 days according to the order quantity and delivery way.
 
3. What about the payment term?
-We accept T/T at sight, L/C at sight and West Union and so on. Before the beginning of production, we would like to accept the deposit from 30%-100% of the total amount, and collect the balance before the shipment.
 
4. Can you make customized products?
 - Yes, please kindly offer us details for what you want.
 
5. Can I know the production tempo of my order?
Yes, you will receive a formal production schedule from us to let you know every step from us for production, when there is any change from us unexpectedly, we will also negotiate with you as earlier as we can.
 
6. How about the sales-after service?
