Operation Notes:

a) The earliest winding technology in China: during the winding, the paper log can rewind tightly first, then loosely, to achieve different density on one paper log. Thus the paper log will not separate from the core after long time storing.

b) Automatic paper core feeding and finished roll discharging can be affected automatically. cores betweenφ25-50 mm can be easily changed within 1 minute on the core holder. high speed winding at 180-200m/min. One log can be finished rewinding and unloading within 8-12 second ( a log of sheet size 110mm, 200 sheets can be finished within 14 seconds)

c) Automatic tail-cutting, gluing and sealing.
