Yes, the samples free is $10 per pair, full refund during bulk order. Freight collect if you have your own expressimport account. If you don’t have express account, you need  to pay the shipping fee to us. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

2. How to pay sample cost?

We can place a sample order on ALIBABA with all the charges. When we received the paymnet, will arrange the sample shipping.

3. How long can i get the sample?

     Send within 5 days if we have sample in stock; For customized items, usually takes 5-10 days to make the sample. And additional 5-10 days of shipping time.

4. How to order socks in stock?

     You can click "start order" directly or contact us, let us open the order for you.

5. How to proceed an customized order?

1st, give us your requirements and quantity, then we will advise you the final price.

     2nd, open an order and make the payment.

     3rd, we will make the sample for your checking by picture, or by physical sample sending to you office with freight collect.
