Diamond Grinding Tool Concrete Grinding Segment 


Brief Introduction:


· Single or double, hexagonal or round segment with a soft bond for very hard concrete.


· Hexagonal segments are generally used earlier in the grinding stages for heavier, more aggressive grinding.


· Round segments are chosen for their finer grit size and shape to reduce scratching during the finer grinding stages.


· Available grit: 20, 30, 50 and 100.


· Machines used: PG 530, PG 680, PG 820 planetary grinders.


· Largest industry segments at 0.5" (13mm) high.


· Strong base plate with milled Redi Lock tab for attachment to carrier discs.

NoteChoose one or two segments to control the speed and aggressiveness of the cut. 
Double-segment diamond are designed for heavier machines, and are not recommended for machines smaller than 25 inches. 
Single-segment diamond are designed for lighter machines, or where aggressive stock removal is required.
We recommend using single-segment diamond for the first step even with heavier machines for faster opening of the concrete.

Sorry no. We don't offer free samples. According to RAIZI many years' experience, we think when people get the samples by paying they will cherish what they get. Also though the quantity of sample is small however its cost is higher than normal production..
