1. RTS products can be ordered directly. The conventional size is 200 * 400mm, and cutting can be required (if not required, cutting edge materials will not be discharged). For non conventional sizes, please consult the customer service for quotation.


2. There are many types of thermal conductive silicone pads. It is suggested that the used samples can be sent to the business in the form of pictures or videos to quickly match the corresponding products. Except for conventional products.


3. If you need to customize the special-shaped thermal pad, you need to pay the mold fee to help improve the efficiency and production. Heterotypic means that shapes other than rectangles and squares belong to heterotypic customization. The knife mold fee is only charged once, and will not be charged for the next order. (if the product order amount exceeds US $760, the knife and mold fee is free. Or if all orders accumulate to US $760, it can be deducted in the next order)


4. If there are special requirements for internal and external packaging and labels, please add spare parts and explain in advance.


5. If there are special requirements on the process procedure, the cost will be increased. Such as stick handle, deviated paper, separate lamination, independent bagging, etc.


6. Since the thermal pad needs to be manually discharged, sorted and re coated, it is normal to see bubbles on the package, which will not affect the effect of the thermal pad; The heat conductive pad is soft and has certain compressibility.
