Application

This PK type welding rod dryer is suitable for small size and hand-carried situation.The PK-1 temperature could be up to 100°C and the PK 5 could reach 350°C high temperature, The capacity of the electrode and rod could be filled with 5 kg or 10 kg.

Construction

The Welding Oven has long product life and durability because of its solid steel construction.

The Welding Oven designs features a round inner chamber with a round exterior, and it is with a lift with handle to supports the rods. When the elevator is lifted, the rods splay outwards for easy removal from the oven.

A red indicating light is standard part on the oven, so a user or welding inspector can see the unit is powered on from a distance. The model with external dial-adjustable thermostat is the model TRB-5W/T.

Performance Heating

The portable designed rod oven uses custom heating elements which is highly energy efficient type part. This heating elements could reach maximum operating temperature in just 5-10 seconds and keep balance temperature. And it also could maintain maximum heating temperature with the lowest energy output.

Caution

Use gloves when handing warm electrode from inside the dryer, no chemical products are to be used in the dryer ,

This product should be used for drying electrode only.

Electrode insulting cylinder is an iterim heat_insulting and electrode storage apparatus. That is the electrode isnipped on the welding clamp after being taken out from the drying cabinet oven. This series product usually utilizes secondary power of the welder for heating. There are specifications that are applicable both for AC. 220V power and motor 150 - 200 degree and the moisture reate of electrode coating is 0.4, so that the coating will not aging and flake off, and the electrode will not be affected by the moisture in air and avoid generation of air vent and hydrogen crack, this to ensure high-quality welding requirement.
