 Main points during operation

 

1. Insert on 12-24 cores small diameter cable and fix it for mid-span,insert one 6-12 cores small diameter cable and fix it for branching,the mid-span fiber coiling in the bottom.

 

 

2. Fix two 1:8 cassette PLC Splitter and plug the pigtail in the input adaptor of the splitter.

 

 

3. Connect input fiber with splitter input pigtail by fusion splicing or mechanical splicing at splice tray,and reserved fiber coiling in the splice tray.

 

4. Pre-insert drop calbes to outlet holes in order,then seal it by soft block and fix it.

 

 

 5. Pre-installed the field assembly connector of drop cable,then insert connector to adaptor in order and tie it.

 

6. If use bare PLC splitter.

 

  

7. Pole mounting: use the hose clamp to fix it on the pole.

 

 

8Wall mounting: use the expansion screws to fix it on the wall. See Figure 10
