About the PE-1  Portable Rod Oven – 5kg. Capacity

Our purpose is to design the small and portable rod oven to carry 5kg of welding electrodes during transfer from large electrode ovens and at the work location.

It is Economical, lightweight and easy to carry, this model could maintain rods at 150 degree temperatures to prevent moisture ,pick-up and to optimize welds.

Application

The PE-1 model oven is well know as its small capacity, which is suitable for the hobby welder as well as the highly trained professional.

This model has a solid steel construction for long product life and durability, which is the most portable oven on the market.

It is low cost and compact size enables shops to keep 10 or 20 on hand for welders heading out to the field.

This electrode drying oven adopts circular heat cycle structure. It is for the chimney effect that leads heat source rise along the central pillar , so that the innet heat cycle is formed together with the ring and stand in the furnace tank, thus to heat the electrodes.

Automatic temperature control and timing control technology has been adopted. It has the advantage of high heating efficiency, large capacity,even temperature,easy to operate and energy-saving and has been widely used for drying treatment of electrodes prior to welding. The manufacture of this product fully adopts mould.

Caution

Use gloves when handing warm electrode from inside the dryer, no chemical products are to be used in the dryer ,

This product should be used for drying electrode only.

Electrode insulting cylinder is an iterim heat_insulting and electrode storage apparatus. That is the electrode isnipped on the welding clamp after being taken out from the drying cabinet oven. This series product usually utilizes secondary power of the welder for heating. There are specifications that are applicable both for AC. 220V power and motor 150 - 200 degree and the moisture reate of electrode coating is 0.4, so that the coating will not aging and flake off, and the electrode will not be affected by the moisture in air and avoid generation of air vent and hydrogen crack, this to ensure high-quality welding requirement.
