1. Main features of JCT jotun epoxy paint making machinery:

 

    This Equipment can finish significantly in dispersing, grinding, refining, cooling, filtration, vacuum automatic suction, semi-automatic filling procedure, reduce labor intensity greatly, it is one-fifth in traditional equipment in time consuming, shortening processing times, and easy to clean. This complete set is better than the traditional equipment in further refining of product fineness, further improve the dispersion effect, and can operate in a vacuum state, no bubbles, no dust, ensure to improve the quality of the products.

 

2. Technological process of  JCT jotun epoxy paint making machinery:

 

 A. Pulping Section: Add the water into the Liquid raw materials added tank by the Liquid meter, suck to the emulsification dispersing kettle by vacuum, mixed by the Low speed anchor, then suck the powder into the emulsification dispersing tank by vacuum and continuously stirring for about 10 minutes, re-start two vertical high shear emulsification machines for 10 minutes. At last, start to continuous cycle for 30 minutes in the horizontal emulsifying machine, get the finished slurry (paste). Using claw high shear in the kettle and horizontal high shear smashing feature outside the kettle at the same time, guarantee the further refinement of materials and significantly reduce the operation time.

 

B. Paint mixing Section: Suck the emulsion and coalescing agents from the Liquid suction tank into the Low speed mixer by vacuum, suck the slurry (paste) into the Low speed mixer through the Bag filter by vacuum, and mix evenly with the emulsion, additives and slurry. At last, add additives (thickeners, etc) to mix the paint.

 

C. Filtering and Packaging: After adjusting the paint, vacuum defoaming for 5 minutes, stop stirring, transfer the coating through the Bag filter to the Semi-automatic filling machine for packaging. When discharging the coating, use two Bag filters, which can be switched with each other without affecting the filling speed.
