 GZD Vibrating Hooper is made by vibrating feeder hopper, fixed bucket, damping device etc. It is a new type feeding equipment installed below various feed bin. It makes the material loose with the vibration of the motor, so that it can eliminate the material arching camber, blocking, attaching problems.

 With the Motor power on, it will form an inertial exciting force, so that the spherical activates to produce a strong horizontal vibration in the vibrating hopper. Horizontal vibration is decomposed into component force from two directions: one is along the spherical normal and another is along the tangential direction .The exciting force makes the materials active to eliminate all the storage of arch camber, jam and stick on the warehouse, so that the materials can continuously and evenly outflow the warehouse. By the way, different excitation force will have different feeding capacity.
