Stainless steel reaction tank series are one of the commonly-used reaction equipments in the fields of medicine, chemical engineering and paining etc. It is a kind of equipment of mixing two or many kinds of liquids with solid or liquid by means of stirrer under certain temperature and pressure to make chemical reaction happen. Thermal effect usually occurs, heat exchanger inputs required heat or transfers the heat generated. Stirring mode mostly adopts anchor type or frame type to ensure that materials can be mixed evenly within short time. Stirring rotary speed is installed with frequency control speed regulating. Temperature indication or control is set.
To ensure that the material can be in the condition of asepsis, it is designed to be completely closed. The end plate cover (taper shape) has adopted rotating-pressure machining, according with GMP.
