A:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q2:What's your lead time?

A:Samples would be need 5-7 days; mass production would be need 1-4 weeks according to the order quantities.

Q3: What is your shipping method and how long does it take to arrive?

A:We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT and it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Both Air shipment and sea shipment are also optional.

Q4:Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A:Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our most of our UV lamp, and half of one year warranty to the submersible UV lamp.

Q5:Can I use my own design package and logo on the products ?
