1. Description:

Air flow rice puffing machine is a machine with largest puffing capacity in China heated by liquid gas,or natural gas and is mainly used to dairy products such as soybean,corn,rice,wheat and other grains.With large productivity and low energy consumption,it is strictly tested before leaving the factory which ensures high security rate,thus it became the first choice among domestic puffing food producers.Grain Wheat Cereal Puffing Hazelnut Pistachios Nuts Cracker Pine Nut Opening Pistachios Cracking Machine.When machine operation, air pressure reach 5Mpa, put out fire, continue rotating equipment, air pressure will continue to rise, when air pressure rise to 8Mpa, can take the rice out.

Usually our machine can reach 8Mpa in 10 minutes, if you can not see pressure gauge rise, prove that there is something wrong with the pressure gauge, do not keep heating.

The longest heating time is 10 minutes, otherwise will influence taste of rice.
