Description of transformer making machine - Transformer Tank Making Machine

This machine is strengthened with steel plates welded structure, more stable working, and is special for forming corrugated tank fin walls automatically.

The feeding device adopts servo motor, replacing original step-motor, more accurate feeding.

One station roller leveling device extra to original design, much better finished fin quality.

Ribs can be added according to requirement.

Buildup and configuration of transformer tank making machine:

1) Decoiler: hydraulic expansion, active driven, capacity 5T.

2) Hydraulic station: max. pressure 21MPa, max. flux 94L/min, pump motor 22kW; main hydraulic components are from Taiwan.

3) Main forming unit: servo feeding, automatic forming.

4) Shearing device: hydraulic driven to cut formed fins, automatic.

5) Run-out table: manual, 1.5m long.

6) PLC control system: PLC, touch screen are Siemens brand, from joint venture in China.

7) Motor is from Siemens brand from China.

8) Electric components is Schneider brand, from joint venture in China.

9) Liner guide is from THK of Japan.

10) Power supply: 380V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz
