German Voss Standard Hydraulic Fittings Pipe Joints

Carbon steel is very durable with a high tensile strength. The working temperature range is –65° to 250°F (–54° to 121°C). Carbon steel fittings and adapters are typically plated with an environmentally friendly zinc-nickel alloy for corrosion resistance. Other coatings are also available for extremely corrosive environments.
Stainless steel also exhibits high tensile strength and is highly chemical resistant. This material is suitable for applications that are too corrosive for plated carbon steel products. Stainless steel fittings and adapters are often used in open pit mining, oil and gas and military applications.
