This cable peeling machine is easy to transport and ready for use just with a 220V power supply and a stable table. It is an equipment of recycling copper and aluminum from a large number of scrap wires. It reliably splits cables between Φ1.5mm and Φ38mm with up to 20m per minute.
Function button
Adjuster- Used to adjust the distance of blades up and down.
Stop button- Stop machine.
Feeding hole- Fit for the scrap cables diameter within Φ1.5mm-Φ38mm.
0peration
Input the cables according to the feeding hole.
The cables should be corresponding with feeding hole.
Check the rotating direction of the machine, you can operate when the direction rightly, or else change the connector direction.
Make sure that the diameter of cables is similar with that of the feeding holes: large cables in large feeding holes, small cables in small feeding holes, and flat cables in flat feeding holes.
Note
Check the machine before using in case that there is something in the machine brokes blades; To extend the blades life, user need to cut the cable joint when feeding.
