Answer: 1 pcs per model. We offer size from 2.4 inch to 65 inch digital frames, android touch screens , transprent lcd showcase etc .

- Question: How much do I need to pay for your OEM service? 
Answer: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service if order qty over 500pcs. The OEM cost is already included in ourprices. 

- Question: May I buy samples from you?

Answer: Yes, samples available.

- Question: What’s the leading time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)  

Answer: 1-5days for sample orders. 5-20days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).

- Question: How will you deliver my goods to me?       

Answer: We always ship by air and sea. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers get their goods rapidly. 

- Question: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

Answer: 5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.

- Question: What is your waranty?
Answer: Our warranty is 12month after delivery ,we pay high attention to after sale service!! For those out of warranty, we repair and only charge the extra material cost .

Answer: We keep stock of spare parts and make sure all parts available whenever you need .
