2Q: How do you preserved the moss?

A: We use a series of complex special producing processes including the dehydration, bleaching, drying, and dyeing. We have a strict quality control from the fresh moss picking up to dyeing and drying ,very steps have the QC to check the quality.

3Q: What are the differences between dried flowers and preserved moss?

A: Dried plants are not very long-lasting. 
Preservation technique allows moss to maintain a completely natural appearance and feel, as if they were freshly-cut moss!

4Q: How do you control the quality for us ?

Secondly, To ensure the quality of every order, we will check again the quality of every pack preserved fresh  plants before we ship the orders.

5Q: Can we order some samples before placing the preserved fresh moss order?

A:Yes, of course. Our MOQ is 1 box. But we suggest you to order more than 10 boxes as sample order. Because small quantity package is very easy to get damaged while shipping.

6Q: Do you have stocks, if not, how long will it take to produce ?

A: Yes, normally we have stocks. If you have stocks can ship within 3 working days.
If not enough stocks, we can produce the new preserved moss for you, according to your order, can be within one week. But it will cost more time on raining days, as the moss are hard to dry in the raining day.

7Q: What is the freight cost?

A: Normally, we ship our preserved plants by expresses, EMS, FedEx, UPS, DHL. Please tell us the quantities of your order, and your county, we can calculate the shipping cost for you.
For large quantities, the average cost for each package is less.
