PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PCD Dies
- The polycrystalline drawing die produced by our company is made of diamond micro-powder under the action of metal catalyst
(cobalt) and sintered by high pressure and high temperature process.
- Under strict process control conditions, the diamond microcrystalline particles form a diamond bond, which makes it have high
hardness and high thermal conductivity similar to natural diamond.
