CGF-LC Series Cup Forming Filling and Sealing Machine is designed for cup-type product packaging. It can be used for yogurt, milk, jam, juice, water and blending materials.It can be added pulp or jam to the cup to make it taste better. The tool can be adjusted to 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 32 cups according to customer requirements.

Advantages:

a. The whole machine is fully automatic, including cup forming, filling, sealing, printing date, shearing and product output
b. The machine adopts Japanese Omron PLC and Fuji temperature control meter, Japanese Omron photoelectric sensor, Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor, Japanese SMC pneumatic component, international brand hydraulic cylinder and valve
c. This machine can realize cup heating and automatic cup forming. Various types of cups (PE / PET / PS material only) can be customized according to customer requirements
d. The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304.
e. Filling system with CIP cycle cleaning function and servo driven, and the filling capacity can be adjusted on the touch screen.
f.The system adopts human-computer interaction control and intelligent control system. 
g. The heating component is treated with Teflon, cup forming and the seal is not adhered and damaged. 
h.With servo-driven filling, and the filling capacity can be adjusted on the touch screen
i. With safety door switch,when the safety door is open during working, the machine will automatically stop and alarm.
