Q4: How long can I expect to get the sample?
-After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the sample will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account

Q5: Do you accept customized size or custom printing?

Yes, Custom sizes and  Custom printing are all available.

Q6:What about the lead time for mass production?
-Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Generally speaking, We suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

Q7: What is your samples policy?

Free  for our exist stock samples or standard size samples.

Reasonable charge for special size and custom printing,Which can be fully or part refunded when the order placed.

Samples courier cost: Freight Collect.

Q8: What is your Lead time or turn around time? 

Usually, 3days for the stock sizes which we arrange productions regularly.

Around 15 days for custom size or custom printing order for the first time.And 7-10days for the next orders.
