Q: What is the mininum order quantity?
A: We are manufacturing company, we produce according to customer's orders, we always offer best prices based on production cost for each order, usually the production MOQ should be 500pcs, contact us for any special orders.

Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Please contact us for the samples, we could provide existing samples free of charge as long as the customer would like to pay for the shipping cost. For customized products, customer should pay for the cost to produce samples, the sample cost could be refundable when a proper quantity of mass production order is placed.

Q: How long will the production take?
A: We are manufacturing company, we produce according to orders, we do not and cannot prepare stock to sell becuase there are many different products and different customers have different requirements. Usually the production lead time will be about 10-30 business days after the order is confirmed to proceed. We always try our best to complete the production as soon as possible.
