Structures and features
1. The set is comprised of extracting tank,single-effect outer circulation concentrator and other ancillary equipments,inte-grating extraction,concentration and solvent recovery.
2. Ointment collecting rate is increases10-15% above multifunctional tank.active principle of ointment was double or more. Hot solvent continuously add medicinal materials which speed medicinal material layers from tp to bottom. It can dissolve the substance of medicinal materials which keep high gradient with substance of solvent. Active principle thorough extracts so that ointment collecting rate is high./A tractor serves several purposes(extraction with concentration) which has feactures of compact structure, covers an area of small, high rate of facility utilization. It's operated by one person so that it has low investment.

As the concentrated secondary,steam is taken as the heat source of extraction and concentration of the suction-in concentrator can save more than 50% steam as compared to ordinary extraction and concentration,and the equip-ment is running running under the negative pressure,so the extraction temperature can be adjusted randomly between50~100℃,it is extremely beneficial for the extraction of heat -sensitive drugs and polymerization inclined drugs,one device serving several purposes(extracting while concentrating),compact structure,small occupied area,high capacity utilization rate,one man operation and low cost of investment.
