Q1: Are you a manufacture or a trading company? 

--- We are a manufacture, our sales group office is located in Shenzhen and our factory in in Dongguan, Guangdong province. 

 

Q2: What product do you mainly sell? 

--- We mainly runs silicone products for around 17 years, and we have rich experience in this field.

 

Q3: Do you have any certifications for your silicone products?

--- Yes, we have LFGB certification for our original silicone material and we can offer the LFGB certification if our customers need that. 

     We have all kinds of silicone products so we didn't make the certification test for each product, we just made the certifications test for several hot selling products, but the silicone original  material LFGB certification is enough for the basic import and export.

     

Q3:Do you have your products in stock or not?

--- Generally speaking, we have many Food safe silicone products in stock. As for the LFGB approved silicone products, the price will be higher than the Food safe products and we need to produce if our customers make a order, and there would be a MOQ. 

 

Q4: Do you offer a free sample?

--- We charge the samples, and if our customers make a bulk order, we would delete the sample cost(not inluding the shipping cost) from the bulk order.

 

Q5: Do you offer customizing service?

--- Yes, we do. We can customize the logo and packages for our customers, and we can also make moulds for our customers if they have their own product design.
