This kind of exhaust clamp is a simple, effective way to connect exhaust system components such as pipes, mufflers and catalytic converters. It can provide high clamp loads without permanent distortion of the exhaust tube, also can be used repeatedly.
Features:
- Round band edge, will not damage the pipe, and can increase the band strength especial when critical applications.
- Raw material: SUS #300 series, SUS #400 series.
- T-bolt: Plain steel with treatment to 10.9 grade.
- Nut: All metal with heat treatment to 10.9 grade.
- The reaction block is cold-drawn.
- Surface treatment for T-bolt, nut, reaction block etc. are galvanized, can be upgraded to Magni 565.
