Product Description

TN-SYJ-160 is CE certified low-speed diamond saw. It comes with a digital micrometer, digital speed display as well as complete accessories. It accepts 6-inch cutting blade and will be a suitable tool for cutting, dicing and slicing all kinds of materials especially for brittle crystals, ceramics, and TEM samples. The latest version of TN-SYJ-160 is with Protective Plexiglass shield.

Cutting Width	The cutting width of the slice is controllable from 1mm ~ 24mm by adjusting the LCD digital micrometer.

Application Notes	Must use anti-corrosion coolant during cutting to avoid rusting the lead screw. Please never use water as a coolant during cutting. You may select our LubeCool-150 lubricant as a coolant which will make diamond blade cut more efficiently and prevents corrosion. Also, you can use W10-30 motor oil as a coolant,  Always clean machine, especially the lead screw by WD40 lubricant after each use. Applications on various materials sing spacers to make gang saw, you may section multi-sample  in one time
Warning	It is required to use proper cutting fluid with the saw to prevent corrosion of the machine components. We strongly recommend you use oil based coolant or lube cool lubricant with the water. Do not use tap water directly, otherwise, the rusting component is not part of the warranty. Never cut any materials without the use of proper cutting fluid. If you do so, serious damages can be caused by the spooler driving mechanism.  For cutting the sticky materials such as non-ferrous alloy, epoxy, and plastic, you must sharpen diamond blade frequently. We suggest that cutting sample along with the included dressing stone (Glue sample and the dressing stone side by side and cut them together, this process will help keep the blade sharp enough for efficient cutting.  The saw can be used inside a glovebox with N2 gas, but no Ar gas, please.
