Working Principle:

After fan started, under the action of negative pressure, welding gas was sucked by the universal flexible suction arm cover suction device, at the end of the suction arm is a fire resistance net which can prevent the spark. Then the welding smoke and waste gas get into the filter chamber, with the principle of gravity and upward airflow, the heavy dust particles go directly to the dust collecting drawer, as to the welding fume and light dust particles are blocked on the surface of the filter cartridge. After that, the clean air purified by the filter cartridge will go directly into the inside clean room of this equipment and be exhausted from an air outlet located at the bottom of this equipment.

It is suitable for the purification of dust and dust in welding, polishing, cutting, grinding and other processes, and can purify a large number of fine metal particles which are harmful to human body in the air.
