1. Multifunction OR-SK840A includes Hot gluing, suction and position, corner cutter, automatic edge folder etc.
2. It's a flexible, high-efficiency and affordable case maker to make different kinds of hard covers for book, album, loose-leaf book, diary, and desk calendar. Suitable for multispecies, short to medium run and wide range of materials to make hard covers.
3.OR-SK840A can be operated by one person, protein glue (Hot) and white latex (cold) are both available, fold two edges automatically at one time. It also has the functions like corner cutter, quantitative water filling, fast to adjust the thickness of the cardboards, soft light reflection, center position and cover suction assistance.
4. PLC system control the feed position, distance of edge folder and running time automatically.
5. High speed optaical fibre detection control the length and position of the paper feeding accurately.
6. Independent homothermal impermeable herater unit can use both protein glue (hot) and white latex (cold).
7. Copper alloy made glue application roller and glue reservoir make the heat conduction fast and well distributed.
8. Microthermal protein glue dryquickly, no deformation and lower cost.
9. Quantitative filling the water automatically and the water yield can be adjusted.
