Q2:  What is the  MOQ?
A2:  Our MOQ is 1000pcs. 500pcs is also acceptable, but the cost will be little high.
 
Q3:  If you can do customized products?
A3:   Yes. OEM or ODM is acceptable.
 
Q4:  Any surface treatment is available?
A4:   Debossed, gold stamping, silver stamping, silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery, metal logo, flag tag, etc.
 
Q5:  What color can choose? Can do customized color? Need any extra cost?
A5:   We support material color swatches, customized Pantone Colors. MOQ of customized color is 500Yards per color. (About 1600pcs A4 file folder). Less than this quantity, extra cost would be added.
 
Q6:  May I get a free sample? If not, what is the sample cost? And how long is  the sample leading time?
A6:   If there was a sample in stock, we can provide it free to you, and the shipping fee should be paid by your side.
Otherwise, if there was no sample in stock, sample would be paid for make 1 for you. The exact cost would depend on your request. Sample lead time is 3—7 working days.
 
Q7:  How about your payment terms? 
A7:   By T/T. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment after inspection before delivery.
