1. Add water into the machine for simple operation and turn on the power switch to supply air.
2. Adopt electrolytic water real-time gas production technology in a safe and efficient manner, and turn on the power switch for production. Gas production starts automatically when the gas production is lower than 0.1mpa and stops when the gas production reaches the pressure of 0.13mpa. It is a low-pressure gas supply and does not store excessive gas. The sealing speed of hydrogen and oxygen flame is more than twice that of liquefied gas. Gas production machine built-in multiple safety devices, no leakage, no tempering.
3. According to the GMP certification specification, the gas source used in the flame ampoule melting and sealing machine is hydrogen and oxygen generated by electrolysis of pure water, and the combustion product is water. Therefore, there is no pollution to drugs.

Operation
1. Install the equipment,Configuration of the liquid
2. Turn on the hydrogen-oxygen electromechanical switch of water fuel to start gas production. When the air pressure rises to 0.1mpa, the valve of flame gun can be opened to send gas.
3. Lighter is used for ignition to form oxyhydrogen flame, and the flame size can be further adjusted by adjusting the valve.
4. Clamp ampoule bottle with tweezers attached at random, and ensure that the ampoule bottle does not fall off, and rotate the ampoule bottle by hand.
5. Rotate the ampoule bottle while heating it. When the heating is finished, pull up with tweezers to complete the sealing process.
